Rakta Talai or Khon-ki-talai is a famous spot situated at the bank of river Banas known for the fuming battle between the triumphant Rajputs and reassembled Mughal soldiers. Maharana Pratap with his famous horse Chetak was dominating the Rajputs. The commander of the Mughal army was Man Singh (A Rajput and King of Jaipur) fought furiously against Maharana Pratap and the spot became as tedious with dead bodies and blood and thus the name Rakta Talai occurs.
