Raj Ratan Bihari and Rasik Shiromani Temple



Located on the northern side of KEM road and inside the Ratan Bihari Park these two temples Raj Ratan Bihari and Rasik Shiromani are prominent attractions of Bikaner. Built by Maharaja Ratan Singh Ji these two temples are the ultimate examples of mansion style architecture of red sandstone. Lord Krishna, Rukmani Ji and Radha Ji are the presiding deity of the temple. The idols are festooned with black and brown stone that makes a sure visit to a large array of world wide travelers.

The pillars in the mandapam are artistically carved and elegant. The kalasha, Coconuts and leaves of fonesia Asoka are carefully imprinted on these marble pillars. A big chowk exists in both of these temples are designed with the latticed casements. The temple rests in the heart of Bikaner, which covers a vast area having one garden. During the time of Krishna Janamashtami, Radhashtami, Jhoola, Phool dol, Annakuta, Phagotsava and Patotsava tourists from all the nook and corner of the India and from foreign countries visit the temple for seeing the deity.
